How I can help

Having the courage to seek out help is the first step to giving back to yourself, and realizing the life that you want. With supportive and compassionate counselling services, personal growth, insight and strength can be attained when facing a myriad of life challenges. Counselling can provide you with an opportunity to evaluate your own circumstances, have your feelings and experiences validated, while creating healthy coping skills and resources which can foster a more balanced and fulfilling life.​​





I welcome self-referrals, as well as referrals from other health care professionals. I do not require a referral from your physician, but some insurance companies may require one for reimbursement.



• In-person, telephone and video sessions are available.

• Sessions are typically 50 - 60 mins in length.
